Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all local and regional orders within 5-6 working days, national orders within 5-7 working days, and international orders within 10 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within India.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimension and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your order.
  2. Tracking Orders: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your order’s delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the receiver is not avail for the first time and if the receiver contact number is on the address then he have to call the receiver for alternate delivery option for e.g. asking to leave the parcel in the neighbour.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refunds policy.

Change of Address

If you need to change the delivery address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure is due to unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, please arrange for someone to sign on your behalf.
