Cancellation and Returns
Once an order containing food items has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and we do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund to the same account that was used to pay for the order.
